  My family and I love coming to Gattis pizza. We come at least 3 times a month. It's a place where great food and amazing customer service is given. We have never had a bad experience. The employees are very friendly and very helpful. One of the managers, Katie was very sweet and went beyond herself to make sure we were very satisfied. Later on she came to our table and asked how we were doing. We receive amazing service from the second we walk through the door til we walk out. Made our experience wonderful. Defiantly coming back sooner then expected!!

  If you ever have anyone who is not eating & you plan to eat here be ready to pay $9.00 just for them to sit in the dining room. Also, be prepared if you want to speak with a manager to not even speak with one because there is never a manager around. No matter how much you try to explain that someone had already eaten and will just be sitting at the dining, they will not let them in unless you cough up the money. They will not give you an explanation on why someone has to pay to just sit in the dining. I use to eat here a lot but it has gone down hill through the years. The staff is not polite and the pizza is not as good as it use to be. The only thing that is great about it, is how clean it is.

  Great Pizza. We visit(ed) often. Josh the Manager needs to work on his customer service skills. Not sure if I'll go back.
