- 1 / 5By John HoughWe will never go to this Voodoo again. When it first opened it was GREAT - unlike most other Voodoo's in our area. But they no longer offer the Jerk Chicken for which the franchise is NOTED. They no longer offer the Nachos which were good. And they corrupted the Carnival Barbque by removing two of the meats. We have tried to stay with this franchise - the employees are great, by the way, but the food quality has declined to that of the other Voodoo's in Baton Rouge. For the last FOUR times we have had a 'pork sandwich', there has been so much fat and gristle in the meat that my wife cannot finish eating the pulled pork sandwich. Shame on this franchise. Again, we will never go again. Goodbye restaurant and good riddance.
